Mentor Bio

My mentor is Mrs. Kira Short, who became a Neonatal Nurse after having two of her own children in the NICU and witnessing the effect the nurses had. She later obtained her doctorate of nursing degree from ASU and is working at the Dallas location of Children's Health.​

I am so grateful for the patience, knowledge, and wisdom my mentor has provided me with over the time I have known her, and would like to thank her for allowing me to shadow her during my second year in ISM.
